QuickBooks Setup & Optimization

For the business owner that wants to manage their own bookkeeping in QuickBooks. We help you setup your account and show you how to complete the work.

Services included:

  • Guided setup of your account

  • Customized financial reports

  • Interactive session where we will complete one month of bookkeeping together (will be recorded)

  • 60 days of email support

  • Custom workflow and resources

  • One 60 minute follow up meeting

Bookkeeping Catchup or Cleanup

If you are behind on your bookkeeping and want help getting up to date, we provide you with a one time service to get your books caught up. We will also review work previously completed for any necessary corrections.

If you want to learn how to maintain your books after we get them cleaned up, we can add on 1:1 training sessions.

How it works

01. SUBMIT APPLICATION

Fill out the application on our contact page and we will reach out to you with a link to schedule a call

02. DISCOVERY CALL

We will meet through Zoom or chat over the phone to discuss your business needs and see if we would be a good fit for your business

03. PROPOSAL & ONBOARDING

If you decide to become a client, you will be sent a proposal to sign. As soon as the proposal is signed, onboarding can begin!

  • Is my business too small for Monthly Bookkeeping?
    Definitely not! All businesses, regardless of size, benefit from Monthly Bookkeeping. Knowing your numbers on a consistent basis helps you increase your profit and plan for the future. If your business is brand new, or you have inconsistent income with minimal transactions, we can try and work within your budget by creating a custom package for you.
  • What if I am behind on my bookkeeping?
    That's not a problem, we will review your books before you sign on as a monthly client to determine how much work is needed to get your books current. If there is work from prior months that needs to be completed we will assess an onboarding fee.
  • Is QuickBooks Online required to work together?
    Yes. QuickBooks Online offers a number of highly valuable features. You can access your accounting remotely, and saves time with automations and real-time sync with your bank. We can help with the initial set up that can save you hours of trying to figure it out yourself. We will also get you set up with a custom chart of accounts specific to your business, import all of your vendor and customer information and help connect your bank feeds.
  • What information will I need to share?
    We will ask for view only access to your business bank and credit card accounts to complete your monthly financials. If your bank does not allow for accountant read only access, you can simply upload PDF bank statements, receipt images, and supporting documents to your client portal.
  • How is the cost of service determined?
    During our initial discovery call, we will ask you for additional information about your business so that we can quote you accurately.A quick review of your QuickBooks account or 3 months worth of bank statements if you don't have an accounting system setup yet will help to provide you with the most accurate quote.
  • Does your team provide income tax services?
    We don't, but we can refer you to someone if you are in need of this service.
