If your business is brand new, or you have inconsistent income with minimal transactions, we can try and work within your budget by creating a custom package for you.

That's not a problem, we will review your books before you sign on as a monthly client to determine how much work is needed to get your books current. If there is work from prior months that needs to be completed we will assess an onboarding fee.

Yes. QuickBooks Online offers a number of highly valuable features. You can access your accounting remotely, and saves time with automations and real-time sync with your bank. We can help with the initial set up that can save you hours of trying to figure it out yourself. We will also get you set up with a custom chart of accounts specific to your business, import all of your vendor and customer information and help connect your bank feeds.

We will ask for view only access to your business bank and credit card accounts to complete your monthly financials. If your bank does not allow for accountant read only access, you can simply upload PDF bank statements, receipt images, and supporting documents to your client portal.

During our initial discovery call, we will ask you for additional information about your business so that we can quote you accurately.A quick review of your QuickBooks account or 3 months worth of bank statements if you don't have an accounting system setup yet will help to provide you with the most accurate quote.
