Please note, the Income & Expense Tracker is accessible as a Google Spreadsheet, and is not accessible in Excel. You will need a Gmail account to use the spreadsheet.

Who is this for?

For Sole Proprietors and Single Member LLCs who are in their first few years of business and don't want to learn an accounting software. 


What if I sell products?

The Income & Expense tracker was designed for service based businesses. If you sell product, or collect sales tax from customers, you will need to plan to track Sales Tax outside of this spreadsheet. I would recommend using an accounting software like Quickbooks Online if you collect Sales Tax.

Do I need to repurchase the spreadsheet every year?

Nope - at the start of the new year, you can make a copy, clear your old data and start over with January, or find the original email where your spreadsheet was delivered and make a copy from that.


What if I have questions while using the spreadsheet?
